The Lee County Department of Human and Veteran Services continues to accept applications for the HOME Down Payment Assistance Program.
Residents who meet income qualifications and are purchasing a home in Lee County may be eligible to receive assistance in purchasing the home. To qualify for assistance, you must meet the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development’s income guidelines, which vary based on household size. For example, a two-person household must have a combined household income of $36,100 or less and a four-person household must have a combined household income of $45,100 or less.
More household income limits, additional qualifications and other program information, including the application, are available at www.leegov.com/dhs/housing/DPA/.
