2017 predictions for our local real estate in 2017: Great news for SW Florida: Of Trulia’s top 10 places to watch for real estate in 2017, Fort Myers Cape Coral rank #2. Great weather, low vacancy rates, high job growth are some of the factors that experts believe will attract buyers of real estate to the Cape Coral/Fort Myers area this next year. Many of those jobs stem from the hospitality industry and real estate. “And then Fort Myers, FL is home to baseball’s Boston Red Sox and Minnesota Twins during spring training every year, which boosts the economy even more every spring,” says Pat Eberle of RASO Realty in Cape Coral, FL. North Port–Sarasota–Bradenton ranks No. 10. Florida dominates the list, accounting for half the spots. Deltona–Daytona Beach–Ormond Beach and Tampa–St. Petersburg are the other listed markets from the Sunshine State. Click here to view original web page at www.trulia.com
